How long and how often should Xtensity be used?

We recommend using Xtensity for no more than 10 minutes at a time. Excessive, prolonged, or overly frequent use may cause discomfort or wear and tear.

The attachment is difficult and fiddly – what should I do?

Please refer to our “How to use” video, the included quick guide, or the user manual. Xtensity is a new and advanced product that requires a bit of practice. Most users experience easier attachment and better stimulation by the second or third use.

To ensure the best experience:

• Proper sleeve adjustment

• Retracted foreskin

• Good vacuum seal (no air between the cup and penis)

• Correct cup size and positioning

I feel little or no stimulation – what could be wrong?

Possible reasons and solutions:

1. Air leakage:
   Ensure there is no air between the cup and penis. The penis should be erect at the time of attachment. Use a cup that fits snugly and press air out through the one-way valve.

2. Damaged one-way valve:
   Check that the valve is clean and undamaged.

3. Incorrect assembly:
   Make sure the sleeve is properly attached to both the cup and the penis. Poor positioning can cause air leaks and reduce effectiveness.

I can’t get all the air out from between the cup and penis. What should I do?

If the penis is not erect at the time of attachment, it can be harder to create a proper vacuum. A smaller cup may help. If your sleeves are worn out, contact customer service or order replacements.

Can I use Xtensity if I have erectile dysfunction?

Xtensity may help enhance stimulation and improve erection strength for some users. However, for individuals on blood thinners or with certain medical conditions, vacuum pressure may pose a risk. Always consult your doctor or urologist before use if you have a medical condition.

Can I use Xtensity with a penis ring for extra effect?

Yes, Xtensity can be combined with a penis ring to help maintain a firmer and longer-lasting erection.

Can Xtensity be used to train erection and pelvic muscles?

Xtensity increases blood flow and stimulation, but the product is primarily designed as a pleasure device. At present, there is not enough clinical evidence to confirm long-term effects or therapeutic benefits. For medical concerns, consult a doctor.

Can Xtensity be used after prostate cancer surgery?

After prostate surgery, nerves and tissue may be weakened, and many find that conventional aids are ineffective. Xtensity may offer increased stimulation in some cases, but the current model is relatively powerful and not intended for medical rehabilitation.

I pulled the vacuum cup too hard and may have burst a blood vessel – what now?

Stop using the device immediately. Most minor injuries heal on their own. If you are on blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, you should consult a doctor. In general, it is advisable to seek medical advice to be on the safe side.

Can the massage ball be used anally or in other body openings?

No. The product and the massage ball are not intended for internal use. The material is not suitable for this purpose, and the ball may detach and pose a safety risk. Use only as described in the user manual.

My foreskin got pinched during use – what happened and what should I do?

This can occur if the sleeve and cup are not assembled correctly. The foreskin may get caught between the cup and sleeve if attached incorrectly.

Tips:

• Roll the sleeve up over the cup as shown in the instructions – do not invert it

• Make sure the foreskin is retracted before attachment

• Review the video and quick guide carefully for proper use

If discomfort occurs:

• Stop using the device immediately

• Disconnect and reattach correctly

• In most cases, this is harmless and will pass quickly. Repeated pinching may lead to irritation or soreness.

Can Xtensity be used in the shower or cleaned with water?

No. Xtensity contains electronic components and a battery and must not be exposed to water. Water ingress can cause damage and make the device unsafe to use. If water damage occurs, do not continue use — dispose of the product at an approved recycling station.
